HR Generalists manage all internal HR matters from employees lifecycle, HR compliance processes, and talent development plans to compensation plan and benefits, internal communication, and payroll.
The Talent Acquisition team is responsible for all external HR matters such as employer branding, candidate experience and journey, and hiring process.
