The HR Director supervises the whole department, leading some recruiting processes in talent acquisition, supporting the implementation of key tools and processes, and setting up the main strategical guidelines.
HR Generalists manage all internal HR matters from employees lifecycle, HR compliance processes, and talent development plans to compensation plan and benefits, internal communication, and payroll.
The Talent Acquisition team is responsible for all external HR matters such as employer branding, candidate experience and journey, and hiring process.
