We are looking for an exceptional Senior Partnerships Manager!

As a Senior Partnership Manager, you will be joining a dynamic and strategic team that is a key contributor to Packlink’s growth. You will have a real impact on the company performance and huge visibility across the teams working with companies such as eBay, Etsy, AliExpress, Shopify or Vinted

Your work starts when our Business Development team wants to close a deal and you will support them in the pre-sales phase.

And after that, let the dancing begin💃! You are going to onboard new partners and you will make sure that the project plans are properly defined, executed and reported.
This projects have an strong technical and operational complexity and you will be the person in the middle; defining clear expectations and managing the client and packlink-teams requests. This phase requires an strong communication and project management capabilities.

After the onboarding of each new partner, your work here is not completed! Now, you will be in charge of the partner satisfaction and it means to take care of all business aspects that could affect them (revenue expected, possible incidents, new features developed...)
Meanwhile, you will earn our partners’ trust by getting things done, establishing excellent relationships with key stakeholders thanks to your proficient communication skills and being proactive in anticipating possible issues.

All in all, your goal will be exceeding partners expectations in the way Packlink manages shipping in every possible aspects, allowing partners to focus on their core business and offer shipping as an added value to their users.

The skill and experience set:

As a global company with huge ambitions, we’re looking for the perfect match with your profile and our expectations.

Minimum 7 years of working experience as some of the following roles:
- Consultant in several projects with an strong IT understanding.
- IT project or product manager with positions close to the final client/partner.
- Pre-sales or Solution definition professional with great motivation to work on the operational side too.
- Key Account Manager with experience in tech products or services oriented to corporate customers.
Great background with positions close to the customer and interacting with top level management.
Accustomed to manage a P&L and able to manage financial data.
Detailed oriented and data driven person.
English outstanding communication and presentation skills is a must(some interview phases will be in english). Also, Spanish, French and/or German would be a plus.
Previous experience in ecommerce shipping would be a plus.
And last but not least, you are eager to learn and grow!
